**NOTE: on his shoulder you see 2 small cloth loops that serve as anchor points for the Type5 rank insignia, but he is wearing the Type98 rank insignia on his tunic.It's almost sure that this picture was taken somewhere in 1938 ( when the Type98 uniform & insignia was introduced )

(Superior Private) wears the Type5 Uniform. I believe that his "Arm of Service Breast Badge" is that of the "Transportation" But i'm not 100% sure.
